4.2. All trades are subject to review and approval by Litetrade to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. Users must verify the authenticity and value of gift cards before initiating a trade.

4.4. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Ensure accuracy when entering transaction details.

5.1. Litetrade may charge fees for certain services. Users will be informed of these fees before engaging in specific transactions.

5.2. Payment methods, including cryptocurrencies, may be subject to additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6.1. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and private keys. Litetrade is not responsible for any unauthorized access to accounts or loss of funds.

6.2. Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

7.1. User data and information are subject to Litetrade's Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.1. Litetrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.

9.1. Litetrade does not provide financial or legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent advice before making any trading decisions.

9.2. Litetrade is not responsible for the value or authenticity of gift cards traded on the Platform.

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal republic of Nigeria.
